I'm Just Sayin'

Well...Richard Roberts resigned as president of Oral Roberts University. In case anybody has been visiting the moon for the past few weeks, Richard Roberts and his wife Lindsey have been accused of improper use of school funds and Lindsey has been accused of having improper contact with under age students. After first denying any wrong doing, Roberts stepped aside, temporarily, until his innocence could be proven. Now he has quit. Maybe he thinks he will be able to duck some of the legal trouble he is about to face.

As I have said before, I just love this stuff. I can't help it. Watching these arrogant, holier than thou, judgmental, con artists go down...it just doesn't get much better. I can't wait to watch him sweat out the trial(s) and hopefully, watch him breakdown in tears and despair as he is led away to serve his jail term. Somewhere along the way,  he will beg the forgiveness of those he has disappointed and point out that he already has God's forgiveness. 

As for Lindsey...who knows? Maybe she will find comfort in the arms of one of the under age students she has allegedly  befriended.  I just can't wait to watch all this unfold.
